About Meditatio

Meditatio, the St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Middle School literary magazine, is a compilation of creative writing in multiple genres submitted by our fifth through eighth graders.

The name says it all!

In Latin, meditatio means meditation, which fits our magazine because so many of the entries have a meditational tone. The root of the word meditatio is medi– meaning middle. Hence, the name in total means Middle School Meditations.

A word journey!
