Spring has Sprung
The leaves on the trees are no longer brown.
They are green with envy like the grass on the ground.
The petals on the flowers
Pink , Purple , and Blue,
Blossom all around to beautifully greet you.
I sit in the meadow watching the bees,
Collecting the pollen to meet our needs.
They buzz by my ear, but I have no fear.
It’s a lovely sound I long for each year!
